5. Due Diligence and Assurance
The Client must conduct reasonable due diligence on any party to whom the Products may be sold, transferred, or supplied, to ensure they do not fall within any of the categories outlined in Sections 1 or 2 above. The Client shall provide written assurance of such due diligence upon request by the Seller.
6. Right of Refusal and Termination
The Seller retains the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or terminate any sale if it suspects or determines that the Products may be used in a prohibited manner as defined above.
7. Acknowledgment
By proceeding with a purchase, the Client confirms their understanding and acceptance of these restrictions, and certifies that the Products will not be used or distributed in violation of this policy.
